In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), this "Clarification Text" is Soder Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. “SODER” has been prepared to inform you about the collection methods, processing, use, transfer, and destruction of your personal data within the framework of the 10th article of the KVKK titled 'The Liability of Data Responsible' and the 11th article titled 'Rights of the Related Person'.

Scope of Personal Data

Your Rights Under the Personal Data Protection Law

Without prejudice to the conditions stipulated in Article 28 of the KVKK titled “Exceptions”, as personal data holders within the framework of Article 11 of the KVKK:

The fact that the information/data you share with SODER is correct and transferred correctly to SODER is important for you to exercise your rights. Responsibility arising from giving false or incorrect information belongs to the party transmitting the information data to SODER.

In this context, the requests you will make within the scope of KVKK name-surname, signature, T.C. ID form, place of residence or office address, e-mail address, telephone or fax number, if any, along with your explanation about your right to use and the application form submitted by our Company on our website in writing or through a notary public Söğütözü Cad. However, if the transaction requires a separate cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the board may be collected from the applicant.
